Dr. Natalie Spagnola encompasses the Mind/Body/Spirit approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle through encouraging stress-management, exercise, proper nutrition, and regular Chiropractic care for both wellness and prevention so that people can live an improved quality of life.
Dr. Natalie was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She originally chose her profession after her own life-changing experience with Chiropractic care, following a car accident in 1999. This made her change her focus in her education during her undergraduate years, toward holistic care. Her passion for Chiropractic only grows each day as she continues to learn new techniques and information to aid in her patient's' path to wellness.
Education
Dr. Natalie completed her Bachelor of Science degree, focusing on Psychology and Sociology, at Wayne State University, in Detroit Michigan and continued on with her education to obtain her Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College in 2005, in Seneca Falls, New York.
Career
Her goal is to help everyone achieve an improved quality of life. Everybody can benefit from Chiropractic care, since it helps the nervous system, which governs every bodily function, and it strengthens the body's immune system for overall health and well-being.
Chiropractic is not a cure, but rather a way to release the pressure and irritation from your nervous system, so that your body can work on healing itself. Removing the stress from your nervous system, which governs EVERYTHING in your body, is one huge step toward keeping your body well.
Lifestyle changes including exercise, and proper nutrition, instead of processed food and sodas, also assist you on the path to wellness.
